At Arnold Hill Academy we take safeguarding very seriously and work hard to ensure that all children are safe at the academy. We have a strong pastoral support system in school, and pupils are taught about how to keep themselves safe through lessons, Bright Days, assemblies and guidance sessions. Please look at the links below for additional guidance for parents/carers, particularly for E-safety. The Designated Safeguarding Lead is Steve Taylor, and the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads are Steph Garrad and Pauline McLeod. If you have any concerns please contact them via the main switchboard 0115 9554804.
Should you have any serious concerns about the safety of a child, in school or in the community, please report immediately to Children’s Social Care and/or Police.
